This was a excellent class the Trainer was very knowledgeable he explained the material clearly and effectively. His teaching style made it easy to understand. I am confident in what I learned. I would recommend this class.

Kevin was excellent! Encouraged participation, challenge us to think through pertinent work situations and communicate. Learnt a lot of new info and felt I got a thorough refresher update.

The training was very interesting. The trainer gave us updated details about topics connected with our professions. He gave us lesson in a vigorous way. It was very useful, I highly recommend this training to anyone who works in health care area.
