Trainer was very engaging in the way she delivered the course. Only opposite our venue was another company presenting and they were a bit loud.

Best trainer I’ve had in years. She made me feel relaxed as soon as I walked in and I feel most felt the same. The question paper was a much better idea than giving a sheet of paper and pen, got everyone interacting. Exchanging experiences works well too. Knowledgeable trainer. Can tell she’s experienced. Venue good. Easy access to public transport

Very interactive and informative. The trainer demonstrated a vast knowledge using true life experiences which helped my understanding. This will guide future practice and care of patients while ensuring safety at work
