The mandatory training was absolutely good .

The training was delivered in an interactive and engaging manner, encouraging participation and open discussion. Learners demonstrated good understanding of the key topics and were able to relate them to real-life scenarios. The face-to-face format supported practical exercises, peer learning, and immediate feedback. Participants actively contributed, asked relevant questions, and shared useful experiences. Overall, the session met its learning objectives and created a positive, collaborative learning environment.

By far the best one day mandatory training I have attended. This says a lot as I have been qualified over 30 years. The trainer is particularly knowledgeable with the legal side or nursing and gave me a lot to think about.
