CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

Ian did a great job training and updating our knowledge and skills. It’s always good to meet the other participants from similar and different backgrounds and share experiences.

Training very good However the venue provided no solid food, the bar food was very expensive and the hotel had no nearest food vendor, the closest one kitchen was closed. A good break is important

Venue could have been a bit more quiet. Noise was heard from outside of the room

The trainer Kevin was great,very knowledgeable, the way he explained and answered questions was superb. Very impressed.

Jackie used lots of different techniques of teaching which made it really engaging. I found this course good as a refresher. She was helpful to answer questions. The venue was not as great unfortunately. Coffee machine didn't work that well with some drinks, no bin. Room got quite warm. Luckily it was all about the trainer and training and that was excellent
