Good

There were a couple of points I believe need updating. ‘Behaviours that challenge’ rather than ‘challenging behaviour’. I would also appreciate the change if language from ‘committed suicide’ to ‘died by suicide’. I think it would be useful to cover advance care planning and ReSPECT in slightly more detail.

The content got better as the day progressed but there was still quite a lot of padding.

Very interesting learning upto date charges in care very educational interesting experiences of carers in they work places good and bad

Very friendly guy David, really made it interesting and engaing

Informative .. could do with less anecdotes Perhaps a bit disjointed in the content Friendly enthusiastic delivery

Trainer was great, but I had to sit through training that wasn’t relevant to me. BLS training was right at the end of the session which is what I was booked for.
