Could not understand him properly with his accent
I am giving 4 because there is a lot of information within a short space of time. We had tea with no biscuits.
Explained in details including day to day scenario practice
The moving and handling section was not entirely relevant to me. Namely the use of equipment. I work in a community addiction service. Otherwise the whole training was well delivered.
