The trainer was perfect and excellent in knowledge.

i have noted no for the hoist and sling - my role i do not use a hoist or sling, therefore did not attempt to use them. Kevin bought enthusiasm, knowledge and group participation to the room, i have to say the best traininer i have had so far, and the previous two were good.

The room was rather too small for the number of participants.Overall the venue was convenient, centrally located and quiet. No interruptions.

The training has been valuable to help me advance my career in support. The trainer Shabaz was very interactive and patient enough to allow us practice how to use the different equipment he thought us .
