Trainer was absolutely amazing, she dealt with the room incredibly considering everyone was constantly talking and interrupting. Nevertheless, not the fault of the trainer, i still got all my notes just a shame some people want to ruin other peoples experiences when it comes to learning to better yourself within a crucial job.
The session was very informative and insightful. I would highly recommend to health care workers.
