It was a very good informative and interactive session. The instructor was very well informed and delivery was excellent. Practical session was well explained with enough equipment for demonstration.

The training was really, really educational. I learned so many things. Many of the topics I had already read about before, but today I was able to understand them properly and see them in practice, face to face. I also learned so many things practically during the training, which helped me understand everything much better through real-life demonstrations and hands-on learning. We learned important skills like CPR, hoisting, and how to help someone who is choking, among many other things. The trainer was very humble and approachable. He showed us and explained so many things clearly, which made the session very interesting and helpful. Overall, it was a very good learning experience for me, and I believe it is going to help me a lot in my job.
