Miriam was a very good trainer.l have to say it was the best experience l have had in 9 years of having training. It was excellent and l wish l could have her again..

Ref Manual Handling, to provide a bed and a wheelchair to practice to practice moving and handling techniques. Refreshments provided in the afternoon for delegates.

The venue was a bit cramped but John managed to rearrange and make it conducive to learning.

The training program was designed very well.Am happy to report that everything went great.

I have forgotten the name of the trainer but I can happily say he was the best. I wish he could be my lecturer.
