The trainer is very knowledgeable of her work and she engaged with us the leaders from start to the end of the training. This is very good.

After the training I feel a lot confident with manual handling like the use of hoist and and right sling to use

All lectures and practicals are delivered very good.

Stephen was very good. Very interesting and highly interactive training and very good trainor.. On the otherhand, no refreshments when we arrived and the coffee machines were not functioning well.
