It was a teachable experience
The care course was informative and practical. It helped me improve my knowledge and skills in providing safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. I gained a better understanding of safeguarding, communication, infection control, and supporting individuals with dignity and respect. The course has increased my confidence in my role as a care worker.
