Bed missing for the hoist practicals but improvised.

The trainer did absolutely well.

A fantastic facilitator who anchored the session in an amazingly wonderful manner.

It went well, I am happy.

Trainer did not demonstrate all practical aspects of the course. Despite being extremely knowledgeable the trainer failed to demonstrate the BLS algorithm/ process but did explain in depth the scientific effect of reduced oxygen to the cells in the heart.

I have learned so many things. So quite happy with the training.

Difficulty with IT at the end of the day was unfortunate but manageable
