I enjoyed the training and it improved my skills and knowledge

I did learn a lot as it was my first time

The trainer demonstrated good communication and rapport skills with good knowledge of the modules. Delivered with both theory and practice, encouraging interaction from all attendees which is applicable to direct patent care. Good facilities.

City centre venues are not good due to high car park charges
