This is a very interactive and practical class with a very competent trainer who made the class more interesting and efficient.

It's not advisable to have practical training sessions in hotels with limited resources and space. There were no beds, we were unable to each demonstrate use of a hoist and sling. The trainer spoke about CPR for children and babies with using mouth to mouth but never demonstrated this. Why couldn't he do it on the mannikin? There were no infection control courses, no food hygiene, no safe guarding courses as well and many others. It was a total waste of time and money.

Provide more than one drink/coffee for delegates
