The trainer and the coursework is excellent. The venue is a let down as there was no hot drinks provided.

Alex Zulu is a very good, professional trainer. The venue however is lacking somewhat - no hot beverages available from noon and training started 10am. Much prefer Lime Street Liverpool and Kimpton Tower.
