The trainer was excellent. However, on moving and handling can you include a section about contractures this might enable more people know and understand about this.

The waiting area reception and to eat lunch there was very cold and training room a bit small and hot. Not enough time for lunch. The Trainer was excellent so enthusiastic and made the day a enjoyable learning session. She didn't rattle on about herself for hours before starting course day - She concentrated on the content of the course. There were no handouts.
