Kevin was excellent throughout teaching us how to face practical challenges in our work places. I enjoyed every minute of the day. Very interactive.

The trainer was very engaging, friendly, and approachable. She made sure everything's clear and didn't make anyone feel uncomfortable. She's very experienced trainer, gave very good input. The only lacking on this yearly Mandatory training is Manual Handling equipment always not available.

There were no course materials but I enjoyed the verbal content of the course which was well presented and interactive . Kevin demonstrated some knowledge of the laws and statutes relevant to healthcare professionals and drove the points home with relevant cases and scenarios There were no handouts It would be helpful for Kevin to give out the layout and structure of his presentations and possibly an overview of what was covered on the day. We live in changing and challenging times and Kevin was very good at highlighting these and bringing to our attention the sort of terminologies we use which might seem innocuous but is considered quite offensive and could cause a lot of trouble for health professionals . Kevin shared that ignorance of the terminologies in the gender communities is no excuse and we should me mindful of the things we say and the generalisations and assumptions we make Kevin actually made the course worthwhile . There was never a dull moment!!! Well-done Kevin!!!
