Hoist was out of date and unable to use
Good illustrations given on the subjects included in the course. Hoist out of date therefore unable to use. Demonstration given on use of the hoist.

Thank you. Informative. Great to have an update Not the trainers fault but the room had no air conditioning which meant that the day has been uncomfortable with heat.
Brilliant training. Karen the trainer was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of useful information.
