CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

Michael did an excellent job today . He is well Knowledgeable and presented the course context at a very good level . He also allowed discussion, group participation and practice opportunities for us. It was a plus also they apart of out practice He also joined in with us as well e.g when using the hoist so he was not just teaching theory he joined in practically and that gave a ease of mind seeing him on the hoist to let us feel confident to get on when role was swap. The Resus / Choking / CPR sessions were excellent as we got opportunity to practice and get went around supported each group and it was overall a fantastic, Knowledgeable day . I learnt alot today . Thank you Micheal.

It was an overall wonderful experience and useful training

The class was informative and helpful , I would recommend it to everyone for refreshing the previous knowledge and for the freshers especially.

This was an extremely disappointing day. The course was boring, and the whole day was too long. We did ridiculous ‘practical sessions’ such as getting out of a ‘grab’ from a patient, and the picking up a box and passing it around! The day was more geared towards HCA and should have been clearly labelled as not suitable for doctors. It was a waste of a day and in future I will aim to do an online course instead. The instructor was bored and was yawning at times. The clsss size was too big and the content dull. The course really did not need to be 7.5 hrs for the sake of it. I would not recommend it or be returning!

The trainer was very knowledgeable and professional.The course was very enjoyable because trainer was very nice person.She explained everything letting us to practice with hoist and doing CPR.All Group were involved and training was very useful.The trainer communication was excellent.I learned a lot and I’m going to share my experience with my work colleagues.I’m going to book more courses with this lovely lady.Thank you for beautiful day.
