Karen was very friendly but also good at being assertive & not let ppl take the mick by turning up late

The course content was very relevant and useful and the trainer was excellent in presentation. However, l feel we could have done better with more structured breaks and some snacks.

Fully enjoyable ade kept us all interacting and interested

Great top up of subjects. Matthew delivered the course in a relaxed but informative way. Would recommend.
