The trainer was really good. Highly commendable. Made everyone feel comfortable. She also used some of her own experiences and when the participants were comfortable enough to also share their own experiences she was quite diplomatic enough to give them enough time to share but also to ensure we continue with the set program and are not derailed. She kept the right energy through the session. Made everyone feel comfortable and happy to share their own experiences despite the diversity of the participants. I really learnt a lot but also enjoyed the learning process. I am sure I will not forget all I learnt as a result.

Please adapt your course to allow cpr and moving and handling to be done at the beginning of the day. As a lot of individuals do not need to do full day and holding it in afternoon session is disruptive with new people coming in but also everyone is tired Air conditioning unit not acceptable kept going hot and cold and smelt. No tables or books to write in, just flimsy paper not even pads, for the amount of money paid this seems a very cheap event, health and safety group had the reputation of being a fair group who looked after the participants, also there was an incredibly rude lady who was verbally aggressive and though it was near end of day she should have been not allowed to complete the trainer handled it well
