CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

Lovely trainer. Took the time to get to know the group and was genuinely interested in what people had to say. Some previous trainers have been quite patronising but she took the time to listen and answer questions as best she could. The course is so much less painful when you have a good trainer. Hope to have her again next year !

The training session was informative and engaging , the content was relevant and the delivery made complex topic easy to understand

Kevin did a fantastic job, his teaching method was excellent, allowed participation and ease of learning. He demonstrated good knowledge and understanding of the subjects, able to carry participants along. His examples were all course related and relevant, easy to remember things with his teaching style.

It was a great time learning from Jackie. And the course content was educating.

Overall it was a very positive experience. The trainer, John Madden, was excellent — knowledgeable, engaging, and clear throughout the day, making even dense material easy to understand and relevant to real practice. However, the venue let the course down. Being held in a basement with no WiFi, poor audio equipment, very cheap coffee, and no accessibility for wheelchair users or others with disabilities was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise well-delivered training. With a better, more inclusive venue, this course would be outstanding.
