The trainer was very engaging, made the course interesting, candidates participated all the way, the course was made in a way that prompted students to think, quiz helped to eradicate the old style of training where a trainer stands and talks for long periods without engaging students

This course is very important for the work l do.The instructor presented in a professional manner, explained in details,put a lot of effort into helping as understand with lots of examples .It is worth noting that he didn’t just sit in the chair and watch and watch himself get up.He walked around, helped us to understood , repeated if necessary, there was always dialogue.

Excellent explanation, well communicate respectful and manners was applied at all time.
