I'm happy to be part of the training.

Training was excellent. The venue failed to provide enough refreshments

Karen is excellent at explaining and ensuring that staff understand the subject. She asks questions while giving staff time to get involved and respond appropriately.

Paul is an excellent trainer. I really enjoyed every bit of the training.

Venue was cold. Only had one round of hot drinks all day. Those that joined in the afternoon did not get hot drinks. Can do better.
