The training is very lovely and an added advantage for me as a HCA. It also renewed my knowledge in my career. I also appreciate the trainer Nina Marusic for being patient and for her professional skills in training us.

I found the instructor skipped sessions and didn't really have thd knowledge on the subjects taught. People were arriving very late and allowed to enter disturbing the class.
