The trainer was knowledgeable and kept us engaged

Very good and kept our attention all throughout the course spoke clear and explained every thing very well

Did not advise that parking was included with the course so I ended up paying for parking when I didn’t need to. Stuff on reception should advise this.

This was a course worth taking and a day well spent. All equipment available was useful and directly relevant to what we needed to do and know. Fiona is an energetic knowledgeable presenter full of passion for her job. I admired the way she keeps up with current affairs that are directly relevant to this profession and important in the career. Thank you for the opportunity.

Venue too cold. Very limited hot drinks the course is given one jug all day we had to request another jug of hot water and staff not reluctant to give us water. They clai. You paid for one jug for 27 participants it's impossible.

Very good knowledge refrshner for me. Nice trainer good method of training. All relevant areas was highlighted. Thank you
