Trainer was ok, venue and service not the best , a bit cold and replenishing of coffee and water not the best.

The trainer was very engaging and worked hard to keep everyone focused and interacting with the training.

Trainer good kept me alert and clear with instructions and information. Very much involving

We recieved no handouts. Could not read everything on slide that had brown backround. Hoist was broken and could not be used

I really enjoy the traing due to the depth of knowledge of the trainer and how gets every one involved and makes it very interactive fun and very honest when he doesn’t know the answer, uses real life examples, brilliant trainer.

Instructor was good.he demonstrated everything and he gave us chance to practice as well
