The health and safety group teaching skills and methods are good, I enjoyed doing my refresher course with them.

A most worthwhile day - trainer was excellent and made the day very interesting and encouraged interaction. Verbal questions and answers were most important.

Toilets are too far from training room. Toilets located downstairs

It was an exciting experience.

The trainer was knowledgeable and interesting, she demonstrated every activity and engaged us in the training through group tests and personal ones as well.

Cathy demonstrated good preparation and consequently a most interesting and informative day. Time well spent, the dictionary and group sessions were nice touches.
