Would have been nice to have a cuppa in the pm aswell. Fiona was a fantastic trainer! Lovely to have someone encourage participation like she did. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
The course is well delivered by the trainer in a professional way. Very interesting.
I benefited from the way the facilitator connected theory to practical and highlighted on examples which include current matters. This is a MUST do. Fiona is full of energy , experience, expertise and passionate with her job.
