Very interactive and helped refresh my skills. The trainer demonstrated most practical elements, except the hoist due to an oil leak; however, this was covered via video.

The Trainer was absolutely fantastic and made learning very easy and interactive. The course in itself has so many tools that are valuable in our day to day duties at work. I'll highly recommend anytime.
