Very engaging and interactive course

Well presented and interactive

The day itself was a great combination of topics that covered a lot of what we do in health and social care, however, I have literally just completed elearning courses on the same topics. I did appreciate the CPR though, as new guidelines have come in since I last updated

No snacks/fruit/refreshments available We were refused to use what was in place…. Which was made available for another training on site…
