The class was oversubscribed 148% which meant that there wasn’t enough time to allow for questions or discussion - I personally feel that this results in potential for people not to be able to practice skills properly The room was adequate for the original amount course numbers but when additional numbers came in the afternoon it was too small
The venue needs upgraded. The carpets have an unpleasant smell and are not attached securely to the floor
The trainer was amazing, and I will recommend others to attend this training.
