well explained enjoy the training

The content was rather patchy, maybe because it assumes prior knowledge. Could be more interactive. People falling asleep. The room was not well sign.posted. no directions ro the room.

I enjoyed the training

It is always interesting to refresh on Health and safety. It reinforces my confidence.
