Trainer very informative, approachable, engaging.
Had a great day and because all aspects of health and safety were fully explained.

It's a training I will recommend for healthcare professionals.
The training appeared to be a whistle stop tour, but appreciate that there were lots of topics to be covered in one day. Lots of late arrivals of other candidates also disrupted the course specifically in the afternoon.
The train was fantastic and the Trainer excellent
