Charlotte was so knowledgeable and was easily able to iengage all attendees as she shared that knowledge, a very well spent day.

Charlene Nelson was excellent, really informative, encouraged Team participation. Asked after every module if we were happy and needed any further input. A outstanding trainer, and very knowledgeable. Regarding your other courses we had to vacate the buiding by 17.00. so not time for video.There was such a lot to cover in the day. The course was good, however I had issues working on the floor and no bed. I have problems with my knees and couldn’t work on the floor without a bed. No hand out were given. Unhelpful
