Satisfactory 9/10 Trainer “ Jonathan” despite having more background in military or no background in care, he demonstrated a great understanding of knowledge and ability to transfer that knowledge - that’s a great feat.

Was very good

Jonathan's class was quite engaging and interesting. Also very educative and the practical aspect was informative. I got more than I bargained for.

Bathrooms too far

The trainer demonstrated the course very clearly. Interactive, enjoyable and well organised.

New Knowledge was acquired.
