I am completely satisfied with the professionalism displayed during today's training. My skills have significantly improved, and I now feel much more confident in my role. I am eager to implement what I learned today in my workplace.

Excellent accessible venue. A very engaging and knowledgeable people person trainer. Use of mixed methods and kept everyone awake, motivated and very involved. Can’t fault any aspect.
Michael did an excellent job today . He is well Knowledgeable and presented the course context at a very good level . He also allowed discussion, group participation and practice opportunities for us. It was a plus also they apart of out practice He also joined in with us as well e.g when using the hoist so he was not just teaching theory he joined in practically and that gave a ease of mind seeing him on the hoist to let us feel confident to get on when role was swap. The Resus / Choking / CPR sessions were excellent as we got opportunity to practice and get went around supported each group and it was overall a fantastic, Knowledgeable day . I learnt alot today . Thank you Micheal.
