Karen was very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. They explained each topic clearly, encouraged questions and made sure everyone understood. The practical demonstrations were particularly helpful and gave me more confidence in applying the skills safely in my nursing practice. Overall, the training was well organised, engaging and relevant to my role.
Really informative day. Informative and well delivered. Jonno held the group attention well . enjoyable day and although done before was still things to learn as well as a good refresher day. Thank you for the day which was made much more productive than just reading the slides. I would recommend.
