Timing of course means need lunch before good to tell delegates before day Thanks for the biscuits Michael
Lack of refreshments at the venue. Trainer was kind to provide biscuits.
The trainer was pleasant and well knowledgeable
It was actually one in all training program. The sessions were interactive and the instructor was in absolute control of the sessions. The language was straightforward and the demonstrations were made very clear for all to understand. The venue was without any form of distraction and with the tolerable temperature. It was a day very well spent.
