Great course with knowledgeable trainer. Lots of relevant content.

Ref Manual Handling, to provide a bed and a wheelchair to practice to practice moving and handling techniques. Refreshments provided in the afternoon for delegates.

The venue was a bit cramped but John managed to rearrange and make it conducive to learning.

The training program was designed very well.Am happy to report that everything went great.
