The Trainer was very lively and informed about the all the topics he covered.There was never a dull moment during the presentation and discussions,he’s very good in involving everybody in class.Another amazing thing was his excellent memory of all the attendees names. I honestly enjoyed this refresher course,and I acquired new knowledge as well.

Please provide enough teaching and learning materials to aid learners skill

The room was very cold, in my opinion the venue was not suitable for a teaching. In addition to the the parking spaces were difficult to get and expensive £3 an hour plus congestion charge.
