Overall was good, the only problem was the ladies toilet, was dirty and no toilet paper.

Kevin the trainer was excellent, he gauged the knowledge in the room and delivered the training to fit the room, everyone knew the answers, but kevin was able to tease them out of us. Best mandatory training session I have had since qualilfing 25 years ago!

It's not advisable to have practical training sessions in hotels with limited resources and space. There were no beds, we were unable to each demonstrate use of a hoist and sling. The trainer spoke about CPR for children and babies with using mouth to mouth but never demonstrated this. Why couldn't he do it on the mannikin? There were no infection control courses, no food hygiene, no safe guarding courses as well and many others. It was a total waste of time and money.
