The health and safety training was informative and practical. It improved my understanding of workplace hazards, risk assessment, infection control, manual handling, and emergency procedures. The training reinforced the importance of following policies, using PPE correctly, and reporting incidents promptly to ensure a safe working environment for myself, colleagues, and service users
