Some videos didn’t demonstrate best practice. Room was cold

Effective communication and delivery skills

Room was very cold. Trainer quite rude. I felt like I was back at school being told off. He asked for participation but when we did participate he stopped us or told us we were wrong. Didn't like having to stand out at the front to present our presentation, my worst nightmare 😞

The overall rating is that the training was excellent and the venue superb
