Very good instructor. Very knowledgeable and engaging - got us to interact lots and share our experiences as delegates. Used her experience to help us understand and relate to specific topics. Andra was very personable. Thoroughly enjoyed the session.

Course was good. Please can we have snacks at tea biscuits, buns or croissants. Also need pens and stationery for notes.

Really lively and appropriate. Able to redirect those who were a bit chatty. Really well delivered.
