Dragged on a bit and got uncomfy being sat for hours but was good content

Central location, no refreshments provided, warm room with dirty carpet for floor based activities

The venue is cold, no parking space, difficult to locate

Everything was perfect. The trainer was excellent and knew exactly what she was doing.
