The venue I struggled with lightening and I have sensory issues but Ahmed was amazing and facilitated my needs well. I would like to thank him as I can be difficult to understand and he supported and helped meet my learning needs throughout the day. Thank you Ahmed.

Amazing trainer but course is quite long for a refresher. She kept us well engaged and it was worth the time.

No airconditioning resulting in stale air quality. It was extremely difficult to concentrate in the afternoon.

I am glad l came, because l learned new things.It was worth it.

Annie was brilliant, there was no messing with some candidates using their phones and also a couple of candidates definitely shouldn’t have been on the course, they couldn’t speak any English and they were very inappropriate in their responses but Annie recognised that and asked them to leave. Excellent way to make sure the right staff look after patients in the future. I’d like to only be trained by her in the future.
