Great training

I plead to reserve my comments

The trainer had vast knowledge of all the subjects taught I am pleased that he equipped me with the knowledge to discharge my duties effectively

Martin, the trainer was extremely knowledgeable with a wide and varied background in the health sector, which I feel is essential for training of this type. He encouraged interaction and gave real life examples to assist understanding. The room and Equipment was adequate however despite a hot weather warning and temperatures being approximately 25° or above there were no fans and the air conditioning was not working. This caused an uncomfortable environment. Martin requested fans which were brought in after lunch. I have attended training with health and safety for many years but this is the first time I have seen marketing videos added to the session which I do not agree is appropriate. The trainer delivered outstanding performance particularly the practical demonstrations

The room was stifling, no windows, air con did not work and it was draining for all day training. Holiday Inn needs to work on this, as it really did make this wonderful training utterly exhausting!
