Trainer did not demonstrate all practical aspects of the course. Despite being extremely knowledgeable the trainer failed to demonstrate the BLS algorithm/ process but did explain in depth the scientific effect of reduced oxygen to the cells in the heart.

I have learned so many things. So quite happy with the training.

The hoist and the bed were working. Safeguarding not covered. Some aspects were not applicable to me as a midwife

The training was really great. Gill was very knowledgeable. There was no printed training materials provided for the future reference. I will really appreciate if, a training content book provided for future reference due to the amount of information passed in a short period of time. Also the venue is really great with free parking. I would suggest if hotel could provide more drinking water that may be a good thing.
